SOURCE 2022 has ended
The mission of the Symposium of University Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) is to provide a university-wide forum for Central Washington University (CWU) students, encouraging equity, diversity, and inclusivity, representing all disciplines and experience levels, to present their mentored research, scholarship, and creative works in a juried environment that meets professional conference standards and expectations.

The 2022 SOURCE program is hybrid. Pre-recorded virtual talks are colored green and can be watched anytime. Live/in-person sessions with Zoom access can be found in the daily schedule. Thank you for joining us!

Tishra Beeson

Dr. Beeson is an assistant professor of public health in the Department of Health Sciences at Central Washington University. She received a doctorate in public health from the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services and a Master of Public Health from Oregon Health and Science University. Dr. Beeson has led research efforts around family planning and reproductive health in low-income and underserved communities including the only national survey of family planning service delivery in community health centers settings. Other areas of expertise and interest reflected in her research portfolio include access to primary care services in rural and underserved areas, primary care workforce development, the integration of social, legal and health services, and the role of Federally-Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other safety-net settings in serving medically-underserved communities.
