SOURCE 2022 has ended
The mission of the Symposium of University Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) is to provide a university-wide forum for Central Washington University (CWU) students, encouraging equity, diversity, and inclusivity, representing all disciplines and experience levels, to present their mentored research, scholarship, and creative works in a juried environment that meets professional conference standards and expectations.

The 2022 SOURCE program is hybrid. Pre-recorded virtual talks are colored green and can be watched anytime. Live/in-person sessions with Zoom access can be found in the daily schedule. Thank you for joining us!

My strongest interest is in promoting accessibility awareness and acceptance. I originated and direct CWU’s Accessibility Studies Program which includes undergraduate, graduate and professional development certificates. As full professor in the Department of Curriculum, Supervision, & Educational Leadership at Central Washington University, I teach and research topics related to teacher education, especially classroom assessment and student-centered pedagogy. My academic agenda is infused with the intersection of environment, culture, and technology, including such diverse applications as watersheds, railroads and military history, visual literacy, and informal learning environments.
